***ARCHERY ONLY*** This is a great river bottom ranch on the Little Missouri River. Deer and turkeys are very abundant on and around this property and it should hunt much larger than it looks. There are some mule deer, but mostly whitetails. Antelope can also be found on a field in the north part of this lease.
Cover like this in this part of the state doesn't come easy. The deer density is good here and there are plenty or Merriam's Turkeys to go around. In the winter months deer tend to yard up on this property, a great opportunity to find an unseen survivor buck.
There is a nice food plot in the center of the property (food plot has been used for alfalfa and hay meadow 2021-2023, some perennial still present), which the landowner plants with a nice wildlife mix. Tree stand locations on this piece seem endless. If your group is big into bow hunting, then this is the lease for you.
Camping is permitted on landowners in town property with electricity provided. There are cabins within a couple minutes that can also be rented if available. There is a grocery store and bar/restaurant within a couple minutes as well.
